April 13, 2025 @ 9am - Dock installation.

May 4, 2025 @ 1pm - Beach opener. Come meet your neighbors and clean up the beach for summer. Food & Drinks provided.

July 4, 2025 - Join the neighborhood for The Village of Lake Zurich fireworks (weather dependent).

July 19, 2025 @ 5pm - Beach luau. Adults only & BYOB.

October 12, 2025 - Removal of docks.

October 12, 2025 - Boat Lottery *Must reside in The Heights and own a boat to be in the lottery.
